Getting Started & Provider Setup

A complete step-by-step guide to installing NeoQN, obtaining provider extension packages, and importing novel sources.

🧩 Option 1: One-Tap In-App Install (Recommended)

The fastest way to install provider extension packages is directly through the NeoQN Web Portal:

1. Tap 'Get Providers': On the top website navigation bar, click the Get Providers button (puzzle piece icon).
2. Review Changelog & Version: A Spatial Glass modal will slide up displaying current release details (v1.0.0), release date, security status, and changelog.
3. Tap 'Open in NeoQN':

- Click the orange ⚡ Open in NeoQN button. - Your device will launch the neoqn://install deep-link, opening the NeoQN mobile app automatically.

1. Automated Registration: An in-app dialog will appear displaying live progress while downloading and registering all novel provider sources in the background.

📥 Option 2: Web Download & Alternative Mirrors

If you prefer downloading the extension package manually or need alternative mirrors:

• Direct Download APK: Tap Direct Download APK in the provider modal to download NeoQN Providers.apk directly to your device storage.
• VirusTotal Security Report: Click VirusTotal Security Report to inspect the transparent security hash and antivirus scan results.
• Telegram & GoFile Mirrors: If direct downloads are blocked or throttled by regional ISPs, tap Download via Telegram or Download via GoFile for instant mirror access.

📲 Option 3: Manual Import in NeoQN App

If you downloaded the .apk file manually to your phone's download folder:

1. Open the NeoQN App.
2. Navigate to the Search tab (magnifying glass icon in bottom bar).
3. Tap the + (Plus) Floating Action Button (FAB) at the bottom right.
4. Select NeoQN Providers.apk from your device storage using the system file picker.
5. NeoQN will verify, sandbox, and load all novel providers instantly.

📚 Adding Novels to Your Library

Once providers are loaded:

1. Tap the Search tab and enter any light novel or web novel title.
2. Select a novel from the search results to view details and chapter lists.
3. Tap the Bookmark button to categorize it in your Library (e.g. Reading, Plan to Read, Completed).

📖 Customizing the Reader View

Adjust font styling, margins, line height, and themes directly inside the reading pane:

1. Open any novel chapter.
2. Tap the center of the screen to reveal controls.
3. Tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
4. Adjust typography, font size, margins, or switch themes (Aura, Dark, OLED Black).
